Board Meeting Minutes: December 14th, 2021
7:00 pm Farmington Community Center
Board Members:
Present: P. Anthony, C. Castrogiovanni, J. Craigin, C. Contreras, M. Duchow, R. Frey, L. Gezelman, C. Scully, R. St. Pierre.
Absent: H. Monnerat, A.J. Singh.
Quorum present? Yes
Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. by President L. Gezelman.
- Motion to approve November meeting minutes by M. Duchow. Seconded by C. Scully Motion passes.
- The President solicited items for new business.
Treasurer’s Report – The treasurer’s report was presented by L. Gezelman.
Tax Collector Report – Report was presented by M. Duchow. Two large accounts were paid off last month.
Lake Report – N/A
Encroachment Committee – N/A
Event Committee Report – N/A
Old Business: N/A
New Business:
- Discussion about making LGIA meetings available via video conference.
- Discussion about creative ideas to make the lake and association attractive. The events committee will be adding new members.
Comments from Members
- A question from LGIA member Peter Clark was raised about buildable properties that the lake owns and taxes paid on them.
Motion to adjourn the meeting by P. Anthony. Seconded by R. St. Pierre. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:03 PM.
