Board Meeting Minutes: December 13th, 2022
7:00 pm – 21 Lake Street, Unionville
Board Members:
Present: P. Anthony, C. Castrogiovanni, J. Cragin, R. Frey, L. Gezelman, H. Monnerat, A.J. Singh,
R. St. Pierre.
Absent: C. Contreras, M. Duchow, C. Scully.
Quorum present? Yes
Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 7:14 p.m. by President L. Gezelman.
- Motion to approve November meeting minutes by C. Castrogiovanni. Seconded by R. Frey. Approved.
- The President solicited items for new business.
Treasurer’s Report: Report presented by A.J. Singh. The report will be placed on file.
Tax Collector Report: N/A
Lake Report: The lake level is down two boards until March. The president will also contact the lake treatment company in January 2023 about the 2023 lake treatment plan.
Encroachment Committee: N/A
Event Committee Report: N/A
Old Business:
- 5 trees at the end of school street were removed by American Landscaping.
New Business:
- R. Frey mentioned that a member takes care of Battistoni Beach and wanted to make sure the board was aware.
- Conversation had about pursuing options to capture carp and remove them from the lake. This will improve the quality of the water.
