Board Meeting Minutes: January 12th, 2022
7:00 pm Farmington Community Center
Board Members:
Present: J. Craigin, M. Duchow, L. Gezelman, C. Scully, R. St. Pierre, H. Monnerat, A.J. Singh.
Absent: P. Anthony, C. Castrogiovanni, R. Frey, C. Contreras
Quorum present? Yes
Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 7:06 p.m. by President L. Gezelman.
- Voted to approve December meeting minutes after amending to include discussion about getting additional landscaping quotes.
- The President solicited items for new business.
Treasurer’s Report – The treasurer’s report was presented by A.J. Singh. A.J also solicited help for determining allocations for next year’s budget.
Tax Collector Report – Report was presented by M. Duchow. Three accounts were paid off last month.
Lake Report – A quote for the 2022 treatment plan was received: $15,190. This is $1,475 higher than last year because it includes treatment of Bull Pond.
Encroachment Committee – N/A
Event Committee Report – N/A
Old Business: N/A
New Business:
- Discussion about the need to increase annual assessment for the 2022 budget.

Motion to adjourn the meeting by C. Scully and seconded by H. Monnerat.
