Board Meeting Minutes: July 12th, 2022 7:00 pm Farmington Community Center

Present: L. Gezelman, J. Craigin, R. St. Pierre, M. Duchow, R. Frey, C. Scully, C. Castrogiovanni, H. Monnerat, A.J. Singh

Absent: C. Contreras, C. Anthony Quorum present? Yes

Proceedings:

• Meeting called to order at 7:09 p.m. by President L. Gezelman.
• Vote to approve June meeting minutes. Motion made by M.Duchow, Second by J.Craigin

  Motion passed.

• The President solicited items for new business.

Treasurer’s Report – Report presented by A.J. Singh. The report will be placed on file.

Tax Collector Report – Report presented by M. Duchow. The report will be placed on file.

Lake Report – 3rd treatment Thursday. July 14. Bull Pond will also be treated. Carp in the lake moving dirt and causing the lake to look brown. Treatment of carp population discussed, but no decision made.

Motion made by C. Castrogiovanni to purchase another “Joe” coyote. Second by R. St. Pierre. Motion passes.

New Business:

Motion made by J. Craigin to purchase a picnic table for playground on Lido. Second by R. Frey. Motion passes.
