Board Meeting Minutes: July 14, 2026
7:00 pm Children’s Beach
Board Members:
Present: P. Anthony, C. Castrogiovanni, J. Cragin, R. Cyr, M Duchow, R. Frey, L. Gezelman, S. Manafort, C. Scully, A.J. Singh.
Absent: J. McNeill.
Quorum present? Yes
Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 7:04 pm by President, L. Gezelman.
- Motion to approve the meeting minutes for June made by R. Cyr. Seconded by J. Cragin. Motion passed.
- Board President L. Gezelman called for items of new business.
Treasurer’s Report : TheReport presented by the treasurer and will be placed on record.
Tax Collector Report: The Report presented by the tax collector and will be placed on record.
Lake Report: The third lake treatment was on July 7th.
Event Committee Report: Next event is the most popular – the Annual Regatta, Saturday August 15th, 11am at Battistoni Beach.
Old Business:
-Trails Report – 9 trails are now finished with two more started. Trail Master R. Cyr presented the report and will continue work and update as projects become completed.
New Business:
-Board members will be reviewing the LGIA Handbook and suggestions for any changes will need to be submitted by the August meeting. The handbook will need to be reprinted and this is part of that effort.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm by J. Cragin. Seconded by S. Manafort. Motion passed.
Next meeting will be held at Battistoni Beach on August 11th, 2026
