Board Meeting Minutes: May 12, 2026
7:00 pm Farmington Senior Center
Board Members:
Present: P. Anthony, C. Castrogiovanni, J. Cragin, R. Frey, L. Gezelman, S. Manafort, J. McNeill, C. Scully, A.J. Singh.
Absent: R. Cyr, M Duchow.
Quorum present? Yes
Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 7:01 pm by President, L. Gezelman.
- Motion to approve the meeting minutes for April made by J. McNeill Seconded by C. Scully Motion passed.
- Board President L. Gezelman called for items of new business.
Treasurer’s Report : Report presented by A.J. Singh and will be placed on record.
Tax Collector Report: Report not present as the tax collector was absent
Lake Report: First treatment will be May 14th.
Event Committee Report: N/A
Old Business:
-Lake erosion – J.J. Hiltbrand Engineers & Surveyors were updated on the approval of the project on Lake street by S. Manafort.
-The sidewalk project on Monce road seems to be delayed by the town of Burlington. Estimate of 12-18 months. S. Manafort will be following up and suggested that members contact the town.
New Business:
-A new sign for on Lake street was proposed previously by R. Cyr. S. Manfort made a motioin to purchase the sign. Second by J. McNeill. Motion Passes.
-Repair completed on small sections of Washington St.
-Conversations were had about trees around the lake for removal. (Pine Dr, Lake Garda Dr, Barker St, and Litchfield Rd.) The quote from the president was in the amount of $2,500.00. There was not a vote on this.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 by S Manafort. Seconded by C. Scully. Motion passed.
Next meeting will be held at Moore Beach on June 9th, 2026
